Rooms

We have 20 double rooms available!

Terms and price for the rooms:

1. 300.00 EUR payment of deposit/caution or deposit to the address here. Upon moving out, the deposit is refunded if the room is returned in normal state.
2. Price in double room 200, 00 EUR per person / per month, includes all costs (electricity, hot water, internet, heating ...), in case the room is used by two people.
3. Price in double room is EUR 350.00 per person / per month, in case if a room is used by one person per month (students express a desire to be alone in the room), includes all costs (electricity, hot water, internet, heating ...).
